Looking to buy a rental property to 3 units in an LLC with two partners.
What kind of insurance should you have? It is a property of the three units, worth about $ 500k, located in a suburb of the coast. What are the costs of such insurance, the best (/ worst case). Which rules apply in case of unforeseen (rent) the situation?
